Stefania Centorbi
She graduated with honors in Economics and Commerce from the University of Venice “Ca’ Foscari” and is a chartered accountant and statutory auditor.
She is of counsel at Studio Terrin & Associati (Padua, Milan) in relation to matters concerning the “corporate compliance” area.
An expert in the design of corporate governance and compliance systems (companies and groups), she holds positions on Boards of Directors, Boards of Statutory Auditors and Supervisory Bodies pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231/2001, including in listed companies.
She conducts lectures and seminars at Masters programs organized by various Business Schools (CUOA in Vicenza, CA’ FOSCARI CHALLENGE SCHOOL in Venice, LUISS BUSINESS SCHOOL in Rome/HUB in Belluno) as well as at professional associations and orders.

From 1995 to 2002, she worked as a consultant at leading professional firms and nationally prominent trade associations, gaining solid experience in providing advisory services to companies from a civil-accounting, tax and legal perspective.
From 2003 to 2012, she collaborated on a permanent basis with management consulting firms (management control, process analysis, ICT systems) also connected to the academic world.
Since 2013, she has focused her expertise on specialist matters, such as: Internal Control, Corporate Compliance (Legislative Decree no. 231/2001, Data Protection, etc.) and M&A.
