Franca Vianello
Partner at Terrin & Associati, Franca Vianello is an expert in commercial, corporate, banking, insolvency law and contract law, in judicial and extrajudicial matters, including arbitration.
She has collaborated with major law firms, including international ones, with frequent interdisciplinary collaborations, particularly with the M&A team. She has provided judicial and extrajudicial assistance to leading Italian and foreign companies, some in the telecommunications sector, to credit institutions and to insolvency proceedings. She held the position of Italy Head of the restructuring team at the world’s leading international German-speaking law firm, working synergistically with both the litigation team and the tax team in insolvency and restructuring proceedings.

Education
She graduated (with an economics focus) from the Faculty of Law at the University of Padua, and was admitted to the practice of law in 1994. Furthermore, she has been qualified to practice before the higher courts since 2010.
For over 10 years, she served as a tutor at the Padua Forensic Training School, focusing on the area of civil procedural law and civil law.
Since 2020, she has been registered in the List of Managers at the Over-Indebtedness Crisis Composition Body at the Padua Bar Association.
Since 2022, she has been registered in the list of Independent Experts maintained by the Padua Chamber of Commerce for the negotiated composition of business crises.
