Nicoletta Giorgi
Senior Associate at Terrin & Associati, Nicoletta has gained extensive professional experience advising businesses, multinational corporations, and trade associations at leading law firms.
She has focused, in particular, on matters related to renewable energy, advising funds and multinational corporations on legal due diligence activities for acquisitions aimed at the development of photovoltaic parks.
She served as National President of the Italian Young Lawyers Association (AIGA) for the 2013–2015 term.
From 2016 to 2020, she was appointed by the Minister of Justice as a lay member of the Steering Committee and Scientific Committee of the High Council for the Judiciary Training School, also serving as Vice President for a period.
She handles privacy and web law, corporate compliance, civil law, corporate law, contract law, and civil liability.
She has an advanced command of both written and spoken English.

She coordinated compulsory training courses for judges and magistrates during her tenure at the High Council for the Judiciary Training School and has served as a speaker within companies in her role as Data Protection Officer (DPO). She has also served as a member of Supervisory Bodies (Organismo di Vigilanza) pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001. 231/2001.
She has completed the following specialized postgraduate programs:
