A Partner at the firm Terrin & Associati, Andrea Casarotti graduated in Economics and Business from Ca’ Foscari University of Venice and serves as a business consultant specializing in tax and corporate matters.
A Chartered Accountant and Statutory Auditor, he has provided assistance to numerous national and international companies and groups, handling accounting and tax aspects related to ordinary and extraordinary corporate transactions. Furthermore, he has experience in the restructuring and transition to managerial structures of small and medium-sized family-run businesses. He has assisted several companies in the listing process on the EGM segment (formerly AIM Italia) of Borsa Italiana. He boasts extensive experience as a member of numerous corporate boards of directors or audit committees, including companies listed on the EGM market.
